Bethany on the Lake is seeking a full-time Day Services Coordinator. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-3:30pm for 72 hours per two week pay period. We offer a competitive wage and a great benefits package. 

 

Position Summary: The Day Services Coordinator is responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of the Day Services Program for the Adult Day Care. 

Job Duties: This position will evaluate client needs through regular care planning. Communicates with other agencies providing services to the clients. Coordinates outpatient therapy as needed. Coordinates transportation for the clients. Plans staffing of the day services and provide necessary training. Responsible for recruiting new clients by arranging visits to the center and creating marketing material. Update files and records. Supervises upkeep and maintenance of the day services area. Submits billing information to the office. Responsible for budgeting and yearly updates. 

Qualifications: Training and education in accordance with licensing requirements. Must possess a valid drivers license and the ability to operate a bus/van. High school diploma or GED required. Must be on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Must have a valid CPR & First Aid Certification. Must have Trained Medication Aide Certification. Preferred experience in long-term care and/or adult day care setting. Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of Minnesota Department of Human Services.
