Support Social Service Departments and facilities in their assigned region. Maintains Social Services department in the absence of the social services staff. This position is intended to educate, coordinate and consult with the Social Services department and assigned regional skilled nursing facilities. Duties will include participating in mock survey, completing facility audits, coordination of needed coverage during vacations or openings and onboarding new staff. The position will also support the Executive Director of Social Services in assuring compliance and appropriate implementation of new company policies and procedures.


A Minnesota license to practice social work is encouraged but not required. Must recognize and understand the psychosocial and emotional needs of residents. Position requires strong skills in communication, organization, management and leadership. Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must qualify for employment after a criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services. If capable of receiving Social Work License including LSW, LGSW, LICSW an LISW but be received within 12 months of employment.
