Responsible for overall communication in the building. Properly address each customer and facilitate all calls and requests. Interacts with all residents, families, visitors in a positive manner to meet their needs. Provides secretarial support to Housing Director and other directors. Responsible to coordinate communication with the HHA.


Responsible to Receive and Greet all Tenants and Customers in a Positive, Helpful Manner and to Facilitate General Bookkeeping Duties. Answer telephone and assists callers or transfers calls when appropriate. Sorts and distributes mail as needed. Assists in orienting new renters to their apartments. Including meal schedules, guests mail and answering questions. Assist when necessary in tours for families and interested clients


Must be able and willing to work with other staff, accept instruction from supervisors and communicate appropriately with residents, visitors and staff. Must be able to work with or without supervision and be a team player. Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must qualify for employment, after criminal background check, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
